
Jennifer Randolph blends unique expertise in cloud transformation, customer engagement, knowledge management, data analytics, process improvement, information security, organizational development, and change management to lead enterprise-level IT initiatives in ways that integrate people, processes, and technology to drive results and create value. She is a trusted thought partner who tells stories to inspire action, while being grounded in financial information and other key data needed for accountability and performance. As the child of two career military parents, Jennifer learned to value public service and the importance of duty, honor, and mission at a very early age. Through her career, she has had the privilege of providing technical expertise and leadership in support of mission at three federal agencies - Department of the Army, Department of Energy, and Department of Justice. Highlights include leading efforts to capture the voice of the customer to inform governance decision-making and to develop and release a comprehensive database of product and service offerings, developing a multi-entity community of practice for customer engagement, and creating an authoritative source and enterprise portal for 36 PMs and PDs for standardized reporting, project management tracking, and customer service.
Prior to returning to government service in her current role as Director of Customer Success and Chief of Staff for the OCIO Office of the Secretary of Commerce, Jennifer spearheaded efforts to achieve CMMI and ISO certification for a DoD consulting company and then joined a technology firm where she managed a portfolio of strategic cloud transformation engagements for federal and commercial clients, gaining experience in financial and healthcare verticals and working with Fortune 100 companies. She also mentored emerging leaders and chaired the company’s professional development committee for women in technology.
Jennifer holds an MS in knowledge management and organizational development from George Mason University and is currently pursuing an MS in information technology. She holds CISSP, ITIL, PMP, and Scrum Master certifications. Leadership as service and mission fulfillment remain at the core of her work ethos and professional commitments.
