The Department of Commerce Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) provides department-wide, 24x7, near real-time actionable cyber-security status information, all-source cyber intelligence & alerts to enable timely decision making. ESOC provides cyber-security risk analysis across the DOC Enterprise, through integration with the Enterprise Continuous Monitoring and Operations (ECMO) project, centralized correlation and analysis of cyber-security threats & events, and centralized cyber-security incident management. ESOC reports and responds to cyber-security incidents department-wide.
