The IT Service Desk is provided by the Office of Chief Information Officer here at the Department of Commerce for internal users within HCHB. It is the focal point for technical assistance, referral information, access to HCHB computing and telecommunication services and provides support for the Voice over IP telephone service deployed within the HCHB enterprise network.
The IT Service Desk can be reached during normal operating businesses hours, which are Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm at 202-482-5010 or email@example.com. You can also enter your own ticket directly through the Self Service Page: https://commerce.service-now.com. If assistance is needed after normal operating business hours please call 202-482-5010 leave a message with your name, phone number and a brief description of your issue. When prompted by the recording please press #1 and the on-call IT Service Desk Technician will be paged to assist you.
